Pet CBD

Pets can benefit from CBD too! Pet product usage is similar to that of humans since they utilize it the same way and for many of the same conditions. Talk to your vet if your pet is taking any medications that may interact with it. Due to potentially adverse effects of THC on pets (even in minimal amounts) we have chosen to use pure CBD, with no detectable THC in it. Your pet’s health is our primary concern.

Tips to Remember:

  • Preliminary research recommends 1-5 mg CBD for every 10 lbs. body weight per day based on severity of condition.* 
  • Because there is no standardized dose yet, pay attention to your pet’s behavior & increase or decrease the amounts accordingly. Best administered within 30 min of feeding/snack.
  • Effects typically last 6-8 hrs, so dosing 2-3 times a day is highly recommended.
  • Although there has been significant success in using CBD for behavioral issues such as excessive barking, chewing, licking & digging, CBD is NOT a substitute for proper exercise, training, attention & nutrition.
