Refunds:
That being said, we make it easy- all you have to do is email us at herbnoil.cda@gmail.com and request a full refund.

All refunds are subject to first-time purchases of one product and only applicable within 30 days of receiving your order. Limited to one refund per product.

Refunds issued are for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically excludes costs of shipping and any applied discounts. All claims made pursuant to this Guarantee must be submitted to Herb ‘N Oil within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy. Please note that no returns are necessary unless multiple products were ordered, then remaining products must be returned unopened for full refund.

Damage during shipping?
We carefully package each shipment before they leave our fulfillment center. However, if your package incurred damage during its travels to you, we are happy to exchange it or offer you a full refund within 72 hours of arrival. Just email us at herbnoil.cda@gmail.com letting us know what happened.
